I was watching Denzel Washington’s movie Flight recently. He was nothing short of spectacular in that
role; and that flight scene, OMG!!!
In the last line of the movie, his estranged son asked for
help with a college paper he was writing titled, The Most Interesting Person,
I Never Knew. He said to his father,
let’s start with, “Who are you?”
How would you answer this question? Could you answer this question? The best part of what I do is help women transform by discovering their Who. In
fact, it’s the starting point for every client I work with. Sure you may come to me with a project, a goal or a life transition. But it all begins with knowing who you truly are.
You can’t get from where you are to where you want to be
without knowing what both look like. That includes knowing what makes you happy, what’s
most important to you in work, relationships, personal development, fun, finance,
spirituality and health and wellness. It's important that you know your values and how you can honor them more or even begin honoring them.
These are the foundations to begin moving your life forward
in a defined direction rather than remaining stuck or aimlessly wandering
through life or waiting for one-day-some-day. If you don’t know what fulfills you, how will
you recognize it when it shows up in your life?
Being able to identify and visualize your truth, gives it manifestation
power! If you can visualize it, if you can think it, you can then begin to create it.
One of the many powerful things about my Wake Up & Live! System is that it’s action
based. My clients see measurable
progress in a reasonable amount of time. You discover what blocks you from loving the life you live. Together, we break through them, go
around them or completely demolish them once and for all. Each time, moving you closer to the life you love.
The first relationship to work on is the relationship with yourself and it begins with discovering your Who.
