Breakthrough

I was taking an early morning walk and glanced up to this vision. I thought, at any moment the sun is going to break through that dark cloud. 

We all have that potential – the ability to break through, to overcome, to bear, to do better and to be better.  The quality of our life always comes down to choice.  

Many aren’t even aware that they have choices, believing their current set of circumstances is a life verdict.  Others know they have choices but are stuck, scared or unable to move forward, still others only see limited choices.

By the time my walk ended the sun, in all of its majestic power, began to peak through the clouds.  It didn’t burst upon the scene, shouting here I am!  But rather, its radiance began to gradually outshine the meager dark clouds.  This is not to say that the clouds won’t return on another day; the power comes in knowing, so will the sun.
